Leap year for lovers!

With the launch of Piatkus Entice on Valentine’s Day, 2012 was already set to be a good year for romance readers. Whether you’re lucky in love or still looking for The One, there’s nothing better than curling up with one of our titles and escaping into your very own romantic world, and we hope to provide you with that opportunity throughout this year and for many more to come.

Now with Valentines Day just a distant memory, the next big event in our February calendar is today, a Leap Year. That means a whole extra day in the diary, and what better way to make the most of it than get stuck into some serious romance reading?

This month we’ve published two sumptuous historical romances from Sarah MacLean, Laura Wright’s sexy vampire novella and the fabulous fairtytale Winning the Wallflower by Eloisa James. And in March there will be five more fabulous titles including the third instalment in Sarah MacLean’s series, paranormal romance from Thea Harrison, the wonderfully romantic Coming Home by Mariah Stewart and two unmissable romantic comedy titles from Sarah Mason (details coming soon).

And if that’s not enough to keep you out of mischief, remember that a Leap Year is traditionally the day when women can propose marriage. Do you know anyone who has proposed to their partner? Can you think of any heroines or figures in fiction who have take the plunge? Or are you a hopeless romantic who dreams only of the day when a man will fall down on his knees and profess his love for you?

If you’ve got any great stories or want to share a little Leap Year secret, we’d love to hear from you. Comments in the box below!
