A welcome to Piatkus Entice from Donna Condon, Editor

As senior fiction editor on the Piatkus list, I look after our genre fiction, and am immersed on a daily basis in the lush and dramatic tales of Regency heroes and vampiric hunks…a tough job, but hey, I’m not going to complain!

I’m always massively impressed by how forward-thinking romance readers are when it comes to reading in a digital format, and to that end early last year I began to think about what an exciting opportunity the digital revolution presents for romance authors and fans. And thus Piatkus Entice was born.

Piatkus Entice is a brand-new digital list, on which we will publish a whole host of ebook titles: books by authors never before published in the UK; titles by existing authors; reissuing of existing Little, Brown romance titles that deserve to be discovered by a new audience…in short, lots of opportunities for many – and LOTS of fantastic reads!

And what’s also exciting is the possibility of creating a community around our titles; it’s wonderful how much romance readers come together to discuss books and share recommendations, and we see Entice as being a great forum for bringing together a network of readers with the same passion.

We have already had a fantastic host of authors join the Piatkus Entice list, such as Mariah Stewart, Eloisa James, Sarah MacLean, Laura Wright, Christina Dodd, Thea Harrison and Lisa Kleypas – with many more gems to follow! The motto of our list is temptation at your fingertips and that is certainly what we plan to deliver!

Happy reading!
