Elizabeth Hoyt and Alba in Bookland choose their book boyfriend

For day 2 of our search for the perfect Valentine’s Day book boyfriend, bestselling author Elizabeth Hoyt and Alba from the blog AlbaInBookland make some brilliant choices. But do you agree? Tell us your ultimate Valentine’s Day book boyfriend on Facebook or Twitter now!

Elizabeth:

My book boyfriend is Wolf MacKenzie from Linda Howard’s classic, MacKenzie’s Mountain. Wolf is strong, gentle, protective, and, of course, heart-meltingly sexy!

Alba:

You know what they say… Boys. They are better in books. I think I have so many book boyfriends that I could fill a whole notebook listing them. Yes, I am a book slut. But can I do, I fall in love easily and thanks to my books I have met the most perfect, gorgeous and charming men.

If I had to choose only one I think I would pick Alex Reid, from the I Heart Series by Lindsey Kelk. What can I say… I have a soft spot for musicians and Alex is the leading singer of his own rock band. With a wild past, he is ready to settle down and with that long fringe falling on his green eyes, who would be able to tell him no? Imagine going to a concert with thousands of people and knowing that he is singing the songs he has composed for you directly at you, because you are the only that matters to him. Dream come true. But he is much more than a musician, always easygoing but ready for a grand gesture when you less expect it. Perfect book boyfriend material.

Also, if I had to choose a Piatkus book boyfriend in between all the gorgeous men they publish, I’d pick without a doubt Luc, from Breaking Love by M.J. Summers. Luc is sexy as hell and the most romantic guy ever and he is French. Who can resist a French accent? I would totally escape to Paris with him for a weekend, or… eh… forever!
